Terms and Conditions of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These terms govern your operational use of the SkillMantra multi-branch software system across our regional hubs in Dang and Butwal. If you do not agree with any structural clause or regulatory parameters outlined here, you must immediately cease all interface engagement and registry processes.

2. Professional Training Specialization Tracks

SkillMantra provides enterprise-level professional IT specializations (including Full Stack, Data Science, QA Automation, and MLOps tracks). All admissions require accurate student file data inputs.

• Credential Generation: Professional dynamic certificates (such as our customized 90-Hour or 170-Hour verification grids) are issued exclusively upon complete data validation, full compliance with curriculum project rules, and an active monthly attendance ratio above 80%.
• Branch Transitions: Students admitted to a specific geographic branch coordinate node (e.g., Dang Hub vs. Butwal Hub) cannot arbitrarily move structural registries without prior approval from the academic registrar.

3. Installments & Financial Ledgers

All financial logs, payment schedules, and installment transactions are tracked inside our central enterprise resource planning platform.

• All recorded down payments or enrollment fee clearings are strict, non-refundable structural deposits allocated to system access configurations.
• Automatic transaction triggers will immediately dispatch formal electronic digital payment receipts via email notifications the exact second a fee row transaction locks.
• Failure to clear pending installment balances on designated payment date markers will result in temporary lockouts from learning environments.

4. Software Outsourcing & International Product Operations

For international clients contracting SkillMantra for custom development pipelines, microservices deployments, or automated QA operations: all engineering iterations follow formal, contract-specific statements of work (SOW). Showroom project displays serve as technology stack architecture validation profiles only.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The core application design layout source code, automated email engines, digital receipt canvas matrix layouts, and the brand token trademark signature layout are the exclusive internal property of SkillMantra Systems Network Corporation. Unauthorized scraping, replication, or distribution of system elements triggers immediate legal enforcement responses.

6. Account Termination Rules

SkillMantra maintains absolute structural discretion to block, revoke, or purge registration tracking nodes or platform access codes for any user who engages in code tampering, security breach attempts, or hostile behavior directed at our training centers or digital environments.
